- Dual "Floating" Structure
SMC`s original suspension cab design has evolved. The wide-set front mounts and high position rear mounts allow the entire cabin to float on the chassis.
The power train floats the engine and transmission on the frame, and a universal joint is used to reduce engine and motion vibrations on the front axle.
The combined technology of both of these SMC designed systems further reduce the vibrations transferred to the mast, fork, steering sheel and control lever, as well as the operator's seat. Therefore, ultimately improving operator comfort and cargo safety.

The Power Train floating structure cuts operator fatigue substantially, by limiting vibrations from the operation systems.

- Strongly Structured Front End
The mast which is made from rolled materials, is designed to be strong and durable with excellent visibility. The sealed roller bearings absorb the linear and axial impacts thus extending the life span of the machine. The operator can attach the standard mast, which has variable height adjustments to suit various working conditions. The assembling slits between the forks and the carriage minimize noise levels when it is in operation.

Oil-Cooled Dise Brake has 5 Times longer service interval than Shoe Brake
Oil cooled disc brakes are standard equipment on all 2.3~3.0 ton series lift trucks and are recommended for applications in humid, abrasive or corrosive environments, or with ramp, loading and unloading applications. This enclosed brake system eliminates outside contamination, significantly extending brake life and decreasing maintenance costs.
Oil cooled disc brakes have service intervals 5 times longer than conventional shoe brakes, and require little maintenance. |

- Ingenious Shape
The new counterweight outlets are flow-directional, which are designed to prevent hot air from blowing onto the operator while reversing.
The extension pipe of muffler has also been repositioned and is now located at the highest point of the counterweight. This improves driver comfort and prevents stains that are caused by exhaust gas.
